New Position! Technical Sales
In this position you will visit existing and potential customers to address customer needs, identify requirements & key contacts, deliver sales presentations and develop business relationships; develop customer relationships with key decision makers in engineering and purchasing; identify and explore leads from various sources; and co-ordinate activities with Account Reps, OEM Sales Rep and Engineering.
Qualified candidates must possess a BS or equivalent experience, be a skilled negotiator who negotiates or mediates discussions competently, making concessions while accomplishing goals, have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals, have experience managing accounts and targeting prospects within a designated region, present a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization, and demonstrate computer literacy to include Excel, Word, Access and Outlook. Optics and optical industry knowledge is a must.
