| High Brightness LED Line Scan Illuminator |
Because of their high intensity and excellent uniformity, these linear LED Illumination lights are uniquely suited for high-speed vision inspection applications. A heat sink is included with each illuminator to maintain performance and optimize lifetime. Built-in current regulation electronics helps maintain uniformity across the entire array. All units having the same stock number are factory calibrated to have the same maximum illuminance level. Each unit can be mounted using M4x0.7 metric threaded holes present on the heat-dissipating fins. The universal power supply, which accepts a 90-254V AC input, ships with clip-on adapters for the US, Europe and UK. Available as an accessory, the intensity control unit, which connects between the power supply and illuminator, features a brightness control dial, on/off switch and LED indicators for power, connection status and thermal shutdown. High intensity lights are fan cooled. |

Fluorescent High Frequency Linear Lights |
These extended light sources are valuable in applications that require diffuse illumination. Diffusing a small light source with opal or ground glass effectively increases the area of the source, but decreases the energy density and area of illumination. Stand-alone linear sources provide bright, even lighting to large areas effectively. The high frequency (25kHz) and color temperature of these fluorescents facilitate color and monochrome video inspection and machine vision setups. Some common applications include area matching, such as matching parts to containers; edge detection, as compared to collimated backlighting and area backlighting; and go/no-go counting operations. 11 inch 6 Watt red, green, and blue replacement lamps also available. |
