We manufacture precision optical components such as Lenses, Windows, Mirrors, Prisms, Beamsplitters, Archromatic Doublets, Cylindrical Lenses, Filters, Waveplates and Custom Shapes to customers' drawings or specifications in a wide range of materials for wavelength from the Ultra Violet to the Infrared.

We have a fully integrated optical manufacturing center capable of fabricating flat, spherical, and cylindrical optics for OEM applications. We utilize a wide range of optical manufacturing technologies to create standard and custom optical elements, systems, and sub-assemblies. Q5.What is your warranty policy?

Our dedicated and skilled engineers will ensure that you get the optimal design for your application, while our quality assurance teams guarantee the best final products.

All orders are quality assured with receipt of your order and continues through all processes, especially testing, and on through packaging and shipping.

All standard products have a 30-day risk-free guarantee. If one of these products does not meet your expectations, just send it back to us within 30 days for either exchange or refund (a restocking fee may apply).

Q6.Does Shanghai Optics have a catalog?

All of our products are custom optical components. We do not carry off-the-shelf inventory.

Q7.What is your typical lead-time?

It varies from 2 weeks to 6 weeks. It also depends on the nature of the order in terms of process of tooling set up. Usually for new orders, standard lead-time is about 4-6 weeks. For repeate orders, the lead-time can be sharply reduced to 2 weeks.
The actual lead-time can be negotiated at the time of order .

Q8.What is your delivery time?

We use FedEx for all of our international shipments; the standard delivery time is 2-3 business days.
