Telecentric Lens Optical Configuration Examples

Telecentric lens system can be divided into 3 different types: Objective Telecentric lens system, image Telecentric lens system and double Telecentric lens system. They can be applied by their different optical signature to: machine vision measurement and inspection, Aerial surface measuring instrument and objective projection lithography system. Of course the application is not solid due to different system option. Double Telecentric lens can also applies to measurement system.
