Bilingual Office Administrator (Sales Support / Project Management)

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Office Administrator to support sales operations and project coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who is customer-centric, highly organized, and interested in working at the intersection of sales, operations, and technology.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and global operations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and sales support to internal teams
- Coordinate project timelines and client communications
- Maintain and manage records, files, and databases (Salesforce)
- Prepare weekly reports and documentation
- Support daily operations with high attention to detail
- Assist with cross-functional communication between teams
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
- 5+ years of administrative or office experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
