The time for enterprises in the industrial zone to resume work shall not be earlier than February 9, 2020 12:00am.
Enterprises that require an earlier return date must give written instructions to the development zone epidemic prevention and control headquarters and wait for approval.
Enterprises that have resumed work and resume business must strictly implement prevention and control measures, organize personnel control and quarantine testing in a timely manner, comprehensively carry out regular disinfection of production, operation sites, and canteen gathering areas, and strictly implement personal protection measures.
All enterprises and units in the zone must set up an epidemic prevention and control working group, with the enterprise, unit legal person or person in charge as the first person responsible.
Formulate the epidemic prevention and control plan for this enterprise and unit, set up the company’s own isolation point, and implement various prevention and control and service guarantee measures.
All enterprises and units are requested to do statistical reporting of employee and strictly report daily.
Any resident who has traveled to Hubei in the past two weeks, or those who have had physical contact with people from Hubei, or those who have had physical contact with anyone already infected with the coronavirus – are required to report to a medical center to report their health condition and have their temperature taken. They should then be restricted to their homes or go to specialist facilities for observation. If such people start displaying symptoms, such as a high temperature, they must wear a face-mask and go straight to the medical center.
Monitoring and management of enterprise employees- Temperature measurement by each incoming person. All employees should wear masks. Ensure that the working environment is clean and hygienic, and have good ventilation. Stop or reduce the use of central air conditioning. Offices, conference rooms, canteens, dormitories, elevators, shuttles and other public areas should be regularly disinfected. Group dining companies is suggested to use grouped or off-peak meals to avoid crowds.
