At Shanghai Optics, we have made comprehensive preparations currently in place to minimize any disruption in our ability to serve all of our customers. Additionally, we are keeping our customers informed of any relevant information regarding orders and shipments.
We would truly appreciate your planning, sourcing and purchasing department working in accordance to give Shanghai Optics, your trusted source of optics, as much lead-time as possible to avoid delays caused by unforeseen situations in the future.
Shanghai Optics Logistics department is working diligently to meet all lead times and ship customer orders from Shanghai, China in a timely manner. Currently, we are experiencing minor delays in Air Cargo due to the reduction in flights which has extended delivery from 3 days to 7 days and will continue to keep you updated if this should change.
